New technology has been used by Klapperich Real Estate agents to help buyers and sellers more effectively buy and sell homes in Wisconsin since the 1970’s.
Since then Klapperich has been a leader and innovator of new technology used in the real estate industry. It was one of the 1st real estate companies in Wisconsin to use slide show tours on their website in the 90’s and showcased 3D tour dual lens virtual tours thereafter customized with music applicable to each type of property.
“Technology moves at such a rapid pace and often creates an advantage. Testing new at other times is a bust. Our 3D tours 20 years ago were very advanced for the time but required 3D glasses to see the dimensions in those 3D tours,” said Steve Klapperich, head of marketing and advertising at Klapperich.
Today Klapperich continues the advantage with on the go paperless technology, remote communications, new support systems, and leading edge real estate software.
