Pat and her husband Gene incorporated Klapperich Real Estate in 1979 and she has been at the forefront of its success as one of the most experienced managing brokers in Wisconsin and owner at Klapperich. She loves the Wisconsin communities for the lifestyle of those it keeps and has enjoyed seeing the surrounding communities both prosper and grow throughout the years.

At Klapperich, Pat has overseen a company culture grounded on the principals of fair and honest treatment of people from all walks of life. She is a proud volunteer throughout the area communities and is committed to making a difference by supporting the services and organizations that make Wisconsin a better place to live. Pat is also a staging professional and has come to realize the importance of properly preparing a house for sale by accentuating the positive features of the home. She is very gifted at helping her clients prepare a listing and often assists Klapperich agents with the early phases in home selling.

In her spare time Pat enjoys gardening, music concerts, reading, practicing her faith, volunteering, and spending time with her family.
