Gene is the founder and an owner of Klapperich Real Estate. He began his real estate career in the early 70’s and incorporated Klapperich Real Estate in 1979 with his wife Pat. He has assisted many buyers and sellers throughout the area communities over the years and his knowledge and background in brokerage has facilitated nearly a billion dollars in real estate transactions in both strong and challenging housing markets. At Klapperich, Gene understands the success of the company is founded on an honest approach to real estate and treating both clients and Klapperich agents like family. He understands dedication and service is a team effort and a culture of ethics and professionalism is the core of building lasting relationships with buyers and sellers. Many changes have taken place over the years at Klapperich but Gene’s mission has remained the same. No other real estate firm, small or large, will be as dedicated to serving the needs of the customers and communities as Klapperich Real Estate. In his spare time Gene enjoys following Wisconsin Sports, exercising at the YMCA, practicing his faith, volunteering, and landscaping.
